Anti-tip brackets on any range
That 2021 recall is a reminder that applies to every freestanding and slide-in range. The anti-tip bracket at the back foot keeps the range from tipping forward when weight is put on an open door. If a range has been pulled out for cleaning or repair, make sure the leg re-engages the bracket when it goes back.
